Measure each measurement 2 times to make sure you are measuring correctly.
When entering your daily measurements, the previous measurements are included in each input area, you only have to enter your measurements that have changed. This makes your input go much faster.
If you have an increase of 1/4 inch or more, the program will advise you. It is a good idea to recheck your measurement to be sure that your measurements were taken correctly.
You can decide to measure before or after your exercises it is up to you, but keep the same routine, otherwise the measurements will fluctuate.
It is best that you use the same schedule to do the exercises and measurement, at the same time each day, so that it becomes a routine and makes it easier to do.
When measuring, make sure to put the measuring tape at the same location for that measurement example at the same spot on the collar bone every time you measure or at the same placement on your back when doing the 3inch above the nipple measurement. This way you will have truer measurements and you could be more sure of your increases.
Make sure that the measuring tape is flat against your skin and not twirled.
When taking any of the breast measurements around the chest, make sure that you do not pull the tape tight. The measurement should be with the breasts hanging naturally and not squeezed in together.
